P.J. Brobston, Executive Director
P.J. came to Montgomery in 2003 after having served as Program Director of Presbyterian camp and conference centers in Oklahoma and Pennsylvania. He also served as Youth Director at the First Presbyterian Church of Oklahoma City. He is a Certified Facilitator for Challenge Courses, High Ropes, and Adventure Experiences and is a 1997 graduate of the University of Oklahoma. He is married to Michelle, and they have two daughters.
Michelle Brobston, Office Manager
Michelle began her work here in April 2006. She previously held administrative and program positions at Dwight Mission, a Presbyterian camp, conference, and retreat center in Oklahoma. She is a 1998 graduate of DePauw University. She is married to P.J., and they have two daughters.
Cal Findeiss , Program Director
Cal has worked as a Summer Staff member at Montgomery for the last 4 years. He recently graduated from the University of Oklahoma in December 2007. He has also served as a Youth Intern at Memorial Presbyterian in Norman Oklahoma. Cal is a certified Lifeguard and a facilitator of High Ropes and Challenge Course.

Gregory Gay, Food Service Director
Greg Gay began as Food Service Director in February and has already taken Montgomery to a new level in meal quality. Greg has worked as part-time Assistant Manager since last June, where he has exhibited his considerable talents as a baker and pastry chef. He has previous experience in restaurant management, pharmaceutical sales, and respiratory therapy. Greg is a graduate of Mars Hill College and the University of Chicago Respiratory Therapy Program. Come, taste and see the delicious meals and beautiful presentations that Greg is serving in the Dining Hall.
